Do you deliver for all of Ireland?

Yes. We deliver for all of Ireland
Fast Track Delivery: All of Leinster, Cavan, and Tipperary
By DPD: All Other Locations

What time will my delivery arrive?

Our Couriers deliver between 8 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
DPD delivers commercial time 8 am – 6 pm (Monday – Friday)

Do you charge for delivery?

Our flat rate is €12.50
Next Day* – DPD Parcel Service is €15.00

Larger Items may incur an additional charge.

*  Next Day Delivery/Collection option assumes goods are in stock & does not apply to non-stock items.
* Price depends on the size & weight of the shipment.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes. You can talk to us and choose the best delivery/dispatch date.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. You can choose an alternative delivery address with a full Irish Eircode.

What if no one is available to sign for my delivery?

All goods must be signed for.
  We ask you to check all goods before signing for delivery.  If goods are received damaged “Unchecked” is not acceptable if a claim is necessary.

What if I order on a weekend or Bank Holiday?

All orders received outside of working hours will be despatched by the next working day

Can I collect my goods?

Collection of ordered goods is available from our Showroom in Clondalkin, 8.00 am-5.00 pm.

Is there any extra cost for delivering worktops to a home address?

Yes, this would be considered a larger item and therefore would incur an additional charge. Price would depend on the delivery location.

Do I have to have an account to order from you?

If you not have an account through our trade counter you can purchase through our online store

How do I return an item?

All returns need a Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the package to be accepted. There may also be a re-stocking charge dependant on the number of items and the location.
